Radio Production Workshops
December 8th and 9th 2007
Learn the skills of being a radio producer over 1 weekend.
The workshops will include how to edit radio programmes, how to produce a sweeper/jingle for radio. Participants will learn how to use software such as Myriad Cube and Cool Edit.
The final workshop on Sunday 9th will allow all participants produce a show on Féile FM 103.2!
Participants must be 15-17 years old

Broadcasting Journalism
November 12th-16th 2007
Learn the skills of being a radio journalist over 5 evenings.
The workshops will include learning how to research news stories, how to write a radio script, how to edit a news story, interviewing skills and how to present a news story live on air!
The final workshop on Friday 16th will allow all participants to broadcast their own news piece.
Participants must be 16-18 years old

‘Want to be a DJ’ Workshop
November 10th, 11th,17th and 18th 2007 11am-3pm
Learn the basic skills of how to be a DJ over two weekends!
Workshops will include DJ Skills, Music Production, Turntable skills and DJ production.
The final workshop on Sunday 18th will allow all participants to showcase their talent live on Féile FM 103.2
Participants will be presented with a recording of their set.
Participants must be aged 16-18
Cost of taster session is £5.00 per person
