12/04/10 Volunteers required for morning shows!

Féile FM are looking for new volunteers to get involved in a few talk-based morning shows. If you are part of a community group or would just like to get out of the house for an hour, one morning per week, then you are very welcome to get involved in your local community radio station!

We are revamping one of our Thursday morning shows to include more volunteers who can bring ideas and discussions to the group. The show will focus on community issues, announcements, interviews etc. and any other community-related issue that you may think is relevant.

We also have a new Girl Talk programme which airs every Friday morning from 9.30 – 10.30 and this is quite a lighthearted talk/music show which is very upbeat and can be good craic! If you can give up one or two Fridays every month to come on board, then you are very welcome.

We would especially love to hear from men/women in the West Belfast area who are interested in volunteering at Féile FM. No experience is necessary, but an interest in your local community would be fantastic!
